my brothers scratch accoutn was blocked for inappropriate comments and its still blocked 3 months later! He did the Contact Us and they still wont respond. Is this normal?

If your brother decided to make inappropriate comments, depending on how bad it was he may never be unbanned. The Scratch team knows what they're doing. If you haven't already tried using contact us more than once, try again. Just don't spam them with messages, they will do what they think is the right thing with the report.

i was banned in jan 2021 and got a response back in aug 2021. it can take a very long time. don't try to create another account or send more spam, because im pretty sure if you make too many accounts you'll just get auto-ip banned

I got banned a year ago, it took 3 appeals and a year for my account to get unbanned. Just be patient and they should unban him in time, hopefully.

I got banned in march 8th and it took 2 appeals to get unban myself
and the 1st was denied because the ST was busy and the second idk but it was accepted in minutes later
Patience is required
They are in limited resources so its a small team

Temporary bans don't usually last that long. If an account had been banned for 8 weeks, it is likely “permanently banned” (in some cases the user can appeal this ban).

I had an account banned for 5-7 months with no appeali barely did anything wrong
