About
Spectrum is a platformer that aims to educate about the spectrum of autism! Specifically, the IDRLabs version of the autism spectrum wheel, found here:
https://www.idrlabs.com/autism-spectrum/test.php
On the wheel there are 10 separate sections defined as autistic traits that exist on a spectrum for autistic people.
For me, it looks like this!
https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/861221091
The platformer aims to educate about each of the different sections. Each section will have five levels that teach the player about what they mean.
Rules
- This is a safe space for all. No bigotry or hate of any kind will be tolerated. (This includes, but is not limited to, ableism, racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, and hate speech)
- The Scratch terms of use and guidelines must be followed at all times.
- No taking code that isn't yours, unless it specifically says you can, in which case provide proper credit.
- The above goes for art and design as well.
- No spreading of misinformation about autism, inside or outside of the game. (Examples of this include, but are not limited to, the myths that vaccines cause autism, that autism can be cured, that autism is a disease, and that autism makes someone less human/less of a person)

This is a great idea! I have a friend with autism and I know how important it is to spread awareness. Also, you can say why Autism Speaks in bad, but try to do it in a kind manner because that may offend some people.
Unfortunately, I cannot join this at the moment because I am running my own collab, but good luck!
