Tips: It seems that some previous orders took longer than intended, I recommend you bump orders & keep in check with staff to make sure the order is completed within the range of the deadline. Our order was also set to be redone but was canceled by the shop after 1 month, always check up on orders that are being redone. the order that was sent to us was very poor quality, Looking at previous orders most of them look to be of good quality, be sure to check the quality of the order & fix it, If there is no way to improve the quality & it’s almost past the deadline notify the customer of the situation beforehand. Try to fix the quality of your work to the best of your abilities. Your topic also seems to be very active & there also seems to be a lot of chatting, this chatting seems to be covering up the orders. I suggest you make another topic or a studio for your shop to prevent too much chattering. Your shop seems organized but does not have a directory, which makes finding certain pages a bit harder. I recommend adding a directory to make access more accessible, also the titles to each page should be bigger by using the /big to you bb code so it doesn’t blend in with the rest of the page.
