If I upload an .mp3 file as a sound, it works, but only when the file in question is put in a Sprite and was stored in the computer's Music folder.

Does anyone know why this happens?

Well, there is only one other place besides a sprite where it COULD be put and that's the backdrop. Will the sound play if you put it in the backdrop and the play sound block is in the backdrop's script?
