Yeah. There's no updating that has to be done when a new version of released, but you might have to download a new app if you want to use the offline editor. Otherwise if you're just using Scratch through a browser like Chrome or Firefox, there's nothing that needs to be done for your projects and editor to be updated.

Could you please take a look at my screenshots above and tell me which one your editor looks like?
