But the projects themselves do not contain this content, so I believe it's fine? I understand your concern, but as I read it, scratch does not ban things like that.

I don't think indirect references to franchises are bannable, but content like that is too innapropriate for Scratch anyway

I guess the way scratch works is you can make jokes related to NSFW content, as long the content dosent show.
For example on this project (https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/767203357 ) which is the Over The Horizon 2019 ringtone, the comments are related to the Ronnie Mcnutt Suicide video with saying “wow this ringtone is MINDBLOWING” and people typing “hey guys i guess thats it”, which are all references to that video, with people making direct references such as “boom headshot”
I just think that making references to NSFW topics should not be allowed
