I can't type anything at all in my editor.

Greetings. It is I, the mysterious and usually untrustworthy kid in town. I couldn't find any other topics on this so I decided to make one.
So, I was making a project, you know, the thing you do on this site, and while I was trying to type in a few numbers for different effects, they wouldn't type in at all. I thought it was a keyboard mistake so I unplugged my keyboard, plugged it in again, and tried to type. It didn't work. So I exited the project editor and tried to type something in in the “Search” bar, and it worked just fine. I restarted my computer, thinking that it was just bugging out. When I came back to continue working on the project, however, it still wouldn't let me type anything in, except occasionally when I could get one key in. The next thing I thought it was is a bug, so I came here. Is there any known way to fix this at all? And, just so you know, I'm using Firefox, latest version, everything with it is updated fully, notably Adobe Flash, and this hasn't happened before despite me using this same browser (and computer) for other projects.
UPDATE: Okay, I figured out it happens when I try to duplicate a script. It doesn't matter what script, just a script.

When this happened to me, it must be because your keyboard is in an alternative language.
Make sure to change it to an accurate language and try to type in your editor again.
