What about communities that aren't just spammy spam and actually have over 80 members in them? Like a massive studio like celebrating Black History Month or Pride Month or any other holiday with a large community around it.

Yeah, what about them? What about fan clubs? What about Scratch Camp/Scratch Week/Scratchtober where there are many curators helping ST manage?

I don't know if having a lot of curators is bad, but I would understand if Scratch decided to add a limit someday. In that case, I think 40 is too restrictive. There are various scenarios where your studio's team might need hundreds of curators, and it's different for every studio. Almost every collaborative studio would be fine with a limit of… let's say 500 curators, but I'd expect that the Propose Projects to be Featured studio might have to drastically adapt to a curator limit.

If preventing spamming is the intent of this restriction, then we could also consider limiting the number of invitations you can send in a period of time.

They are really big communities within scratch and it needs a lot more than 40

Also for the featured studios people are gonna fight over spots to be curator

40 isn’t enough. And for some studios, 100 isn’t even enough. There shouldn’t be a limit
