ummm, I checked and PlanetBravo has only around 3,300 projects.

He makes much more than 12 projects a day, closer to like 40 a day. He did this when he did much more Power Level chains where he did about 100-200 a day.

I mean 12 projects a day as if the day he started he made about 12 projects every day to today.
Basically the amount of projects he's made divided by the amount of days he's had an account.

Also it likely would say it failed to load even if it was there in 2.0 (source: http://web.archive.org/web/20130608002544/http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/10015792#editor, replace the id with any 2.0/1.x project) and the creator added an updated version to the project sometime after 3.0 released) or if it was in 1.4, you would need the sb file.
