As a developer, i could help you.
Number 1.
Go to studio, and open your game you want to release. Once you are in edit mode (the thing where you can literally do what it says), go to the top left corner and select FILE. Then find the Publish to/Publish to as option and click it. Edit the game name and description. Once done, open FILE once again, but now search for Game Settings. Once clicked, go to Permissions and select Public.
Number 2.

Stay calm, this happened to me 10 minutes ago.
I fixed the issue by joining a different game, which worked, and then rejoining the previous game; but if that doesn't work, just wait. no need to delete any apps unless they're actually viruses

Well the issue has been going on for 2. Days now I have played Atleast 3 different games since the last 2 days and all of them crashed
