Quite sad APL doesn't even have syntax highlighting
Pygments supports it, the ST would just have to update to the latest version.
What does the Scratch Team have to do with Pygments?

Pygments is a syntax highlighting engine

How does the ST have to do with it, though?

The forums use an old version of Pygments for syntax highlighting in [code] tags.

How does nobody mentioned APL yet? Here's some APL code I've written:

I would love to try APL if it wasn't for the fact I need to copy like a million Greek symbols to write it. (I'm not going to use a Greek keyboard either lmao)
Actually, there are dedicated Unicode characters for APL symbols, some of which are duplicates of Greek symbols they are derived from. If you want to write APL code, you have to use that.

It's at least obscure for Scratch, but ProcessingJS, I don't know if it's been mentioned here before but the making and creating topic has less than 20 posts and is pretty dang inactive.

edit: I also don't know if it counts, since it's just kinda JavaScript, but it's not at the same time.

Ohh I knew the name sounded familiar, I looked it up just to make sure.
