My friend wants me to make an account on my computer (he doesn't have a personal computer at his house) and when he tried making the account, it said this “Oops! Something went wrong. Scratch could not create your account. There was a problem with the CAPTCHA test. Click ”Start over." I don't even understand? The username wasn't bad, I did the CAPTCHA right, i don't even know. Any help?

Maybe try again after pressing Ctrl+shift+R on Windows, Linux or a Chromebook, or cmd+shift+R on Mac. That will clear the cache and cookies for the web page that you are currently on.

Maybe you actually are a robot…

Ok no but seriously, try clearing your cookies, using a different browser, logging in under a different wifi network, etc
