My “..” and “…” are not spelling mistakes, it means that they are ways of telling someone that I can continue more about it and that the sentence isn't ended the best way. I like putting new indents and lines so I can split up what I am talking about.

A problem I see with this:
Once there was a person named Mr. New Scratcher.
- I joined Scratch yesterday!
Then he had an idea.
- I want to be helpful on the forums!
He saw the tutorials section.
- I'll make a tutorial! That's so helpful!
Two minutes later…
Soon the forum was full of other nearly useless tutorials by new Scratchers who wanted to be helpful. It was impossible to find any tutorials that were remotely helpful.
The end.

Brilliant idea. This would prevent people asking for help with the same series of scripts.
when green flag clicked
if <(language) = [English ]> then
say [Everything is Awesome!] for (2) secs
end
if <(language) = [French ]> then
say [Tout est super-genial!] for (2) secs
end
if <(language) = [Italian ]> then
say [E meraviglioso!] for (2) secs
end
if <(language) = [Spanish ]> then
say [Todo es fabuloso!] for (2) secs
end

There could be a sticky on the forums that says what not to post. That stuff could fall under that category.

Do you really think New Scratchers read the stickies as often as would prevent that? There could be a sticky on the forums that says what not to post. That stuff could fall under that category.
A possible solution is that only Scratchers could post tutorials.

Well, with the addition of CLICKY THAT STICKY, not reading the stickies would not be an issue.

I support the idea of a Tutorials forum. There's nothing at the moment to stop new Scratchers doing what you say but posting them in the Help with Scripts forum, So we still end up with poor quality tutorials but they get in the way (in my opinion) of people actually asking for help. A problem I see with this:

It would require more work by a moderator but perhaps any tutorials posted in such a forum could be voted for in some way with those considered poor by enough users being deleted. It might have to be a condition of using the forum that the tutorial might be removed. Perhaps enough volunteers could be found to monitor new posts and decide which are not up to standard.

Agreed with these. No support. If I were a New Scratcher, and I needed help with something, I wouldn't wade through the masses of useless tutorials in order to find something that was relevant to what I was looking for and was actually helpful- I'd go straight to the help with scripts section. In my opinion, this is gonna become a Show and Tell remix- lots of people will post, but very few of those posts will actually get seen.I support the idea of a Tutorials forum. I don't think it would be the problem, people can report it, so this kind of topic will be deleted. A problem I see with this:
