What are they?
Countryballs are a type of meme and art form, personifying countries into (mostly) balls. It's important to remember that they have the flag of the country personified by them. Mostly, they are depicted as boys, but countries like France and Estonia are depicted as girls, you can do this by putting a bow on their head.

The Good.
Countryballs have certain benefits. I ‘m just using my experience, they aren’t always right.

• They can educate you about countries, their flags, and their history
  They help us in geography.
  

The Bad (dun dunn dunnn!)
Not all things about countryballs are sunshine and rainbows, like:

• They can be racist and sometimes make fun of a country\countries.
  They can instill bad stereotypes in your head. For e.g., I used to think that all Russians drink vodka and call each other ‘comrade’ all the time, I've grown out of it though.
  

Conclusion
At the end of the day, it's up to you to decide if you like countryballs or not. And you do you.
