You could just use assets.scratch.mit.edu to upload the image… (you don't need to use Inspect Element)

Alternatively, you could use another whitelisted photo hosting website.

1. (On Scratch) File>Save to my computer
2. (In Windows Explorer or Finder) Right-click file>Rename, then change the file extension of the .sb3 file to .zip
3. Open the .zip file, and look for the image you want to upload. Copy the name of the image (with file extension)
4. Use the assets template from my posts (or to save time, here is that assets template):
