This is a temporary replacement for my other server.
I finally got the port to open.

Nobody is bothered to update there servers

NoobCraft is a server I made on another computer,and I finally got it to work.
We are a server with lots of plugins. Here is a list of plugins:
ChatManager (Working)
CleanroomGenerator (Outdated,and does not work)
EasyPermissions (Working)
Permissions (Working)
Essentials (Working)
WorldEdit (only available for admins,but works!)
WorldGuard (Working)
And about 5 more,im too lazy to put them down

The IP to join is 24.170.52.129:25565

And if you STILL say you cant connect,you did NOT add the port at the end of the server name.

Our first guest was a non-scratcher.
I trusted him,and he is an admin.

I wouldn't do that. I would only hire admins if completely trustworthy, and probably from Scratch or some other safe site. If you hire admins just like that, than your server is likely to get destroyed.

I can WorldGuard and WorldEdit; also the IP does not seem to be working.

So after teaching your admins how to actually protect spawn using my amazing teaching skills and 2 dirt blocks, I came up with a short list of things to move forward:

Some ways to improve:

Learn how to use your plugins
Actually have information at spawn
Get a better server name
Have better prefixes (seriously, you have bold, italics, underlined and “matrix” text" for one of your mods). Also make them consistent, not separate ones for each staff member.
Act mature and professional
Make some buildings next to spawn
Possibly have a server theme

i agree with north, i can help out if you want, i have helped with gravicraft, mistycrafters, and, of course, my own server (but dats whitelist)
