How can I make shown variables go where I want them to on screen?
I basically have it so that then the letter “i” is pressed, it will toggle the variables on and off(players position, angle…). But the problem is is that I don't want them to be in the top right as that is where the health and armor sprites are in my game. Whenever I move them it just resets their position when I hide them. Please help. PS-I am using 1.4, could someone tell me if this occurs on 2.0 as well.

Although you can't move the variables using a script you can drag and drop them in the editor around the stage. They should then stay there. In this version 1.4 and 2 are the same.

I tried it on 2.0 and it was fine, but one 1.4; when I save(and they are hidden), there spawn points reset.

Exactly what you said. If they're hidden, *their* spawn points reset.Although you can't move the variables using a script you can drag and drop them in the editor around the stage. They should then stay there. In this version 1.4 and 2 are the same.

Show them before a save and they'll stay there.

Yep just tried in in 1,4 and if they are hidden, you save, then it does reset. Never seen that before! I suppose you just have to ensure that all the variables you want to position are shown when you save the project, then when green flag clicked hide those that need to be hidden.
