Here's a few ideas:

Nothing down here - Fall below the world
And what if we refuse to fight? (or Staring Contest) - Don't hit the other player for a minute.
…Dude, really? - Die 15 times in one fight
That wasn't very fair… - Let one player beat you up while you don't move for the entire game.
Pogo stick - Jump 100 times
