I know about ScratchAttach, @TimMcCool’s cloud python library. But, I’m running raspbian Buster, and after I pip install scratchattach, go into python 3.7 editor, and try to login using my test account, it just returns something like “ Scratchattach does not exist.” Help!

I want to be a helper but I won't be much active on Scratch.
I have experience in Python since 4 years. I made things in Python from the simplest program of “Hello World” to a Python library “ScratchConnect”.
My other libraries include: “pyTextColor”, “pyEventLogger”, etc.
I usually code in PyCharm (my favourite) but I code in VSCode and Replit for small projects.
You're definitely accepted
Thank you!

pip is super case-sensitive, make sure you get every letter in its correct lowercase/uppercase.

Maybe you just did typo when typing the error, but if not it means in the code you put
import Scratchattach
but scratchattach should be all lowercase

One of these might work:

pip3 install scratchattach
sudo apt-get install python-scratchattach
sudo apt install python-scratchattach

Sure! I already know you're pro of course XD since you made the Scratchy connect library (5 stars XD) and don't worry about the inactiveness, just answer when you can, and yeah I've also used a bit VS code and same, PyCharm is the best thing XD (Me overusing “XD” lol)

Umm #1when you use the pip, it's not on the Python shell or something, if you're using IDLE go to your computer's terminal and type in
pip install scratchattach
Make sure to make it all lowercase!
Now, for Python, do this:
import scratchattach #Correct!
IMPORT SCRatchAttach #Won't work, of course, weird casing
import ScratchAttach #Nope, must be all lowercase
import scratchAtach #Also won't work, make sure not to have spelling mistakes

What IDE do you use? (IK that this is the funny question everyone at PyHelp asks, and the IDE doesn't matter (as in like, you can do a really good program in IDLE and a bad one in PyCharm), but still)
