Also, when I told them that it is not there, they asked me to find it. I found it and posted, and since then no news of my order…

This is what always happens. a shop opens, don't have enough workers and orders, then gets flooded with orders and is forced to close. They it will reopen and repeat. Generally nobody has enough time to spend entire days dealing with orders, so the older ones go unnoticed, customers get annyoned, then they get angry, then the workers get angry, and everything goes downhill from there. That is just how almost every shop works. Earlier this month, we were doing fine, and never got any overdue orders, but then some workers became inactive (madcoding) and we couldn't hire, so we had 3-4 people dealing with a few orders a day, and that was too much on top of school, and other things.

also we need a vice-president. without one, we can't hire people, so we won't have enough workers. I think we should just accept anyone who wants to work here, because we desperately need them.
