turns out it's been there for a long time, but it (and a few others) had the wrong codepoint so they were overwritten by other emojis. anyway, it'a fixed now.

And again, A black outline would ruin something as thin as a paperclip; 1px!

I think the regional indicators should be squares, like how most other platforms display regional indicators.
