In the original game, I’m pretty sure you kill them by hitting them with a baseball bat until they die.

There's also a shield that instantly kills them when they try to walk through it.

I don't see how a shield that kills you when you walk through it is inappropriate, unless if it's a very graphic death. Still, if the inappropriate elements are removed then games based on pretty much any franchise are allowed to be shared onto the website.
