I install the Scratch Application to Android, but the interface is super tiny and I can't edit projects. I search in app but I doesn't found an option to edit the scale of interface. Can someone help me?

It looks fine to me.

You could try placing the image in a project and sharing that, since Google Drive links aren't allowed, because they could potentially be used for private messaging.
