What is a platformer-story-RPG?
Well basically it’s a platformer…but there are text boxes like a story. It’s not interactive, so you can’t change the outcome but its still interesting. Add in the RPG element and at the end of a level you fight a monster. It should be very simple fighting, kind of undertale-like. You get your weapons by collecting coins in the level and buying weapons with those coins.

What kind of style should I draw?

Something a bit like this but it doesn’t need to be this detailed.

What is the overall story?
The main character is a rabbit who recently moved to the surburbs, and finds out about a suspicious person in the woodland. Accompanied by his friend , a tabby cat, they adventure deeper and uncover a mystery.

It’ll be a bit like cute animal fantasy, kind of like Tsukis adventure type thing. Definitely scrolling platformer, but if I’m being entirely honest, I can’t code anything beyond a simple if else command so I will probably be no help with coding. My only talent is drawing I suppose.

Also, where does this game take place? I know it takes place in a fantasy world, but there should be a country it's based off of.

(I am sorry for assigning stereotypes) Where did the rabbit come from? The dialogue will be different if it came from the city or a farm. If the rabbit came from the city, the rabbits dialogue will be about how this isn't like the city, but if the rabbit came from a farm, it would be about how new it is. The place rabbit came farm would also influence his personality. If rabbit came from the city, rabbit would know about the danger of other people while if rabbit came from the farm, rabbit would be more susceptible to strangers.

Yes this is amazing! Maybe stretch it out a bit so it fits the bottom of the screen.

I was thinking more of the rabbit being raised and born in the city and being forced to work in an office job, then escaping to the countryside!
