Write The Date Which Scratch 5.0 Is Released

At present we are very far from Scratch 5.0 if and when it will happen.

The Scratch Team is also not planning on updating Scratch to version 4.0 for the foreseeable future because they currently don't have a need or reason for an overhaul of the system that would necessitate 4.0.

We're still at 3.0 and the Scratch Team continues to work on updates and bug fixes to the current version of Scratch.

The only time Scratch 4.0 would happen if the current languages (Javascript) is old and deprecated like ActionScript which brought 3.0. After that JavaScripts Succeeder would need to be deprecated. If it does ever happen it could be in 30 years or more

((0) - ((-1) / (0))) // This returns as 'infinity' in Scratch.

Scratch 4.0 is a version featured by many Scratchers. it will release in 2025 and the ST didn't accept the idea yet.
