Hate to break it to you but diva's personality isn't unique to her- she shares her dialogue with all other snooty villagers in the game. Only things unique about Diva (or any villager for that matter) are her design, initial catchphrase, birthdate, and random tidbits like coffee preference.

guess I was a bit blunt in my explanation, I apologize.

I am also biased since Diva was one of my 2 starters and as a result it's hard to get her to leave and in past games she's plopped her house down on my flowerbeds

actually she is a sisterly villager (she was one of my starters too!)
