How many factions are there? I think there should be just five, Almar, Grenark, Nexar, Void and Zegor. This would keeps things simple. As for the minor factions, maybe they could be blended into one of the major factions, or do nothing in the game until they are invaded, in which case they defend themselves. But they would never attack another faction.

Wrong. That proves that haven't been around here in a while. These are 6 factions: Zegor Republic (grenark and zegor morphed into one) Void Army, The Voyashi Rebels (A part of Void that became independent) Nexar, Almar and the Aksum Empire, that recently became important

Accepted, and you will be leader of the Voyashi Rebels! You are their first member! This is a recent summary of your faction and events in the Galaxy:

The leader of a Void tribe, the Voyashi, has been assassinated! The Voyashi suspect takingtoilet8(the leader of the void army), and begin to mobilise against him! Is this Almar framing him?

But Almar quickly finds itself in another conflict, when Nexar attack a planet owned by it!

With Void brought to its knees by a civil war, it seems that a new war is about to begin. When General Gob escapes and becomes the new leader of the Voyashi, Zegor join the war on the side of the Void Loyalists!


When the Loyalists mutiny on Zegor on join the Voyashi, Grenark joins the war and takes control of Zegor, crushing rebels and Loyalists alike! Grenark now has control of powerful Zegor technology! It founds the Zegor Republic, a free state with a complete reform of the Grenark military system. Grenark is no more, but the Zegor Republic expands on Grenark tactics with Zegor technology.

The Void Army is recalled to Stromulus to fight the rebels, and the Zegor Republic now have complete control of Foretar.

Meanwhile, The Aksum Empire join Almar against Nexar, and ally with the Exiles of Nexar! The Haven of Nexar reveals itself and sends a large fleet against the Emperor, while Almar spies sabotage military bases on Nexar.

Emperor Nixar II offers an alliance with takingtoilet8 against Almar. Does he accept or decline?? (He accepted)


Voyashi Rebels:

Allies: Aksum Empire
Enemies: Zegor Republic, Void Loyalists

The Zegor Republic:

We are the survivors. We scavenged a living from our desolate planet in the middle of a war. We have the strength of our Void ancestors, and we have the skill of our Grenark brothers. We always survive, we always will. As the Grenark we lived as peaceful hunter gatherers until we were invaded by the Void scum. The Void! They defiled our ancestors nobility, they do not deserve to bear the same name as them! We shall crush them, and grind their skulls into powder! If they think we will relent, they are wrong. For we cannot be beaten. They could never take Foretar, even with their ‘armies’. They could never take Zegor, even though they betrayed our truce! For the vengeance of Zegor is upon them, and they will die. We have evolved. We have our speed, as we always have, but now we our faster. They have numbers, we have strength. For is they cannot catch us, if they cannot ever get near us, they cannot kill us. We will strike where they are weak, we will strike fast and hard. We will survive. We will rise. And we shall be victorious!

Almar:

Our time has come. For many a lifetime we have been waiting in the shadows, keeping the balance in the Galaxy. We prevented any nation from becoming too strong. We killed a leader, annihilated an army, and we kept the balance We honed our skills, perfected our technology, and built up our army. We are invisible. We are always there, waiting for the time to strike. We live in the shadows, and now we emerge. Our strength is far more than any of our enemies can reckon. Legions of our warriors will pour out of Nipathar, a dark swarm that will engulf the Galaxy! We will kill far more than their leaders! We will make friend turn on friend, and tear the other factions apart! We destroyed Void from within, and now we will do the same to Nexar! Even now, our forces there mobilise, and we unleash the product of their tyranny back at them!
