How can I get the red block?
Ok I have seen that there's red broken blocks. I want to know how to get them. The red block is different with the custom block. So can someone say me, please?

How can I get the red block?
I discovered a way to make a red block (though not a hat red block) without JSON-hacking. I'm not sure it saves, but here's a way to make a red block:
—
1. Make a custom block with whatever name you want. It does not matter. Then click ‘OK’.

2. After you have made your custom block, open the editing panel for that block. Add the character % before the block name. % is the special character for Blocky, which Scratchblocks uses.

3. Click OK. Nothing will happen. Then click cancel. Find your now empty define function and drag from it, and a red block will appear. The block pallete will break, but there you have it, a red block.

Yeah, it will break the editor. And I don't think it'll save. But that's the only way I found to make a red block in Scratch without using hacked blocks. I tried it. Looks like it broke scratch.

Drag it somewhere in the block area. Then this should happen: Ok where do I drag the empty custom block?
