It says on my profile ive been here for 2 weeks but im not getting the email thing to become a scratcher…

You need to love and fave many projects! You need to comment in many areas. Might be you get the invitation when your account gets 1 month old?

The Scratch Wiki says to become a Scratcher, a New Scratcher must have a verified email address, share projects, comment helpfully on others' projects, have been on Scratch for enough time (usually about 2 weeks), and be active on the website.

Ive done all those things, on a another (less active) account i reached 2 weeks and it let me become a scratcher

To become a Scratcher, a New Scratcher must:

Have a verified email address
Share projects
Comment helpfully on others' projects
Have been on Scratch for enough time (usually about 2 weeks)
Be active on the website. This is a big part of becoming a Scratcher. Sharing projects regularly can be a way.
This also is not a definitive list; that is, having these does not guarantee one will become a Scratcher in any specific timeframe, as the exact requirements are not made public, but generally being active on the website will eventually result in becoming a Scratcher.

• At least two shared projects
  

• Several comments
  

• Love and favorite some projects
  

• Be active
  

• Scratch account must be a minimum of two weeks old
  

Might I just point out that the requirement is two weeks on the site at minimum, not at maximum? I rarely hear of people who become Scratchers as soon as they hit two weeks. It can even take an entire month.
