I have experienced so many times that people copy my ideas, WITHOUT credit and then deny that they copied me!!!people can use your ideas it doesn't matter as long as it's not a copy of your project
Please fix this…
example: many people has made platformers as long as it's not a copy of another project,if it is they have to give credit,if not he/she are allowed to report it to the scratch team
I hope this helps,have a nice day

Embrace remix culture.
Remixing is when you build upon someone else’s projects, code, ideas, images, or anything else they share on Scratch to make your own unique creation.
Remixing is a great way to collaborate and connect with other Scratchers. You are encouraged to use anything you find on Scratch in your own creations, as long as you provide credit to everyone whose work you used and make a meaningful change to it. And when you share something on Scratch, you are giving permission to all Scratchers to use your work in their creations, too.
Unless the user doesn't give proper credit, report it

You can ask the scratcher who copied you to give credit . . . Maybe that can help . . .

You can use the Report button. You can choose “Uses Image/Music Without Credit” and then write something like, "this project stole my art. The art was originally from https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/123456789" and the Scratch Team will alert the user and may take down the project.
I wouldn't talk about it with the project creator because if they were copying your work on purpose, they might respond with mean comments. Simply use the Report button and the Scratch Team will know, as the Community Guidelines advise. If they simply forgot to give credit, it's still better to report the project because you never know if they're stealing on purpose.

I have experienced so many times that people copy my ideas, WITHOUT credit and then deny that they copied me!!!I agree. It is annoying when people use my ideas without my permission. The scratch team added “embrace remix culture” to the CG, so you can get banned for expressing disconsent. Be careful, although it is wrong that an art recolor counts as valid.
Please fix this…

If you find that someone is using your code/art/audio without giving proper credit, I suggest first you ask them nicely to give you credit. If after a few days they still didn't, report them and say that they took code/art/audio without giving credit.
If the project is a remix of yours then if they credit you then that's fine. But if it's a different project then you can ask them to give you credit. That should sort this out.
