Scratch doesnt seem to particularly enjoy heavy files, and bitmap graphics weights significantly more than vector art, however im not sure if its going to be noticable on the perfomance. The amount of sprites isnt that large but backgrounds and other things may take quite a toll. I dont feel like spending lots of effort on new art only to realise its too much for Scratch.

Its prbably not clear enough, i am asking about wherther the project would be perfomant enough if it was made in pixel art instead of vector.
