When will Scratch 4.0 be released?

When will people learn?
3.0 isn't even finished yet, so why would the ST have plans for 4.0? 4.0 will probably be made after HTML5 and JavaScript die out.
So the answer to your questions are: No one knows and probably not.
And to the people who are prone to comment that it'll be in 2025 or something based on the release of past two versions: YOU ONLY HAVE TWO INTERVALS WHICH ARE PURELY COINCIDENTAL.

The Scratch Team isn't developing 4.0, and there aren't any plans for a 4.0 version.
