It's not a shared account, only @Fictia uses the account.

Thanks, I did send in an appeal but of course I've heard it can take months for the ST to reply to one. I hope they'll view it and unblock the account soon.

This is really shocking! I had never heard of such a thing. If it is something that the ST is going to do to every account that has only one use, the community will be very angry as at least half of the community has more than 1 account and of course they don't use all of them for many things.

Same here, it seems rather unfair and surprising. There's good reasons to have seperate alt accounts for some purposes, anyway.

The username shouldn't be a sufficient problem either to my knowledge, as I made accounts for @CCRPII and @CCRPIII (earlier versions), neither of which were banned or have ever received a ST notification.

Can someone clarify why this account warranted a permanent ban?

Single use accounts are terminated since they clog usernames for just a one time use. Try appealing to the ST.
