I don't think Scratch Cat is canonically either. They'd most likely be ambidextrous since it means people have the ability to create things were Scratch cat is left and right handed.

Judging by his smile which is turned to the right side could mean that he's right handed because those who are left handed usually put's their smile on the left side same goes for right handed people I think

People those whose smile on either left or right side can sometimes be judged on whether they are left or Right handed, why not try smiling on left or right and see which side feels more okay for you, if your smile is towards the left you could be left handed if your smile is on the right side, you are right handed
