My concern is that one of my userboxes linked to a Wikipedia page that had a little inappropriate content. (Like 2 sentences, not a whole section). I removed it, but you can still see previous revisions via the Edit History link, and I'm worried the inappropriate content could still be accessed that way. Could I still share it or forget it?

It depends. If it was really inappropriate, I would not share it on Scratch since an edit history exists.
But still, cursing is against the CG so it isn't recommended to do that
