Linking to Merchandise Stores

In a certain active studio (edit: not the LGBTQ+ studio), someone made a merchandise store for said studio and linked it. Is this allowed? The products cost money, and are physical items, so buying them probably involves inputting your address and possibly other personal info. I'm not sure if the person who created the store is able to view the personal info.

No. They have been told that they can create the merchandise, but they are not allowed to advertise it on the scratch website, I believe.
