Out of curiosity, what do you mean by YouTube? Like actual integration with the Youtube API to stream videos at a very low resolution and/or framerate?

I've made a utility called Scratch Video Player V1.2 that speeds up this process and allows for one to do multiple “videos” like this in a single sprite. Obviously it's still not youtube but it's as close as you can get before venturing into pen territory
