making important pictures move or walk
I imported a picture, how do I make it move or walk?

To make it teleport somewhere, you can use the “Go to” block, to make it glide somewhere, use the “glide to” block, both in the movement sections. To make it actually look like it's walking, you have to animate it. You could make each costume a frame, and have it cycle through the frames using the “change costume” block in the Looks tab. You'd have to put a “Wait” block in between each transition, I usually set it to “Wait 0.02 seconds” between each frame. When you finish the animating, you can use the “Glide to” block and experiment around with that and see which works smoothest.

Kayliee, You have to draw a sprite. Or import one. When you click “Create”, it'll bring up a photo editing thing. When you click “Import” it'll bring you to the explorer to choose a file. When you click the other button whose name escapes me, it'll bring you to the Scratch gallery. A sprite doesn't magically appear.
