I believe that you're allowed to have as many accounts as you wish, as long as all the accounts follow the Community Guidelines.

I think a good amount of around of maybe 3 to 4 accounts would be just enough

The question was “how many accounts can one user have,” not “what is a good amount of accounts to have.”

To the OP; There's no limit, however, one should not just make a bunch of accounts for no reason, as that is a bit wasteful.
(Despite there being like, well over 48^20 username combinations and only ~82.7M usernames taken.)

as many as you want, im going on 100 (please dont ask :pensive but just make sure none of them break the guidelines

You're allowed to make as many accounts as you like as long as all of them follow the Community Guidelines and Terms of Use. If one account violates the rules,all of them get banned(depends on the violation).

i have literally loads of alts so yeah make as many accounts as you want but only use them for things that don’t break the CGs
