Can you get banned on scratch if you accidentally report a profile

The title basically says it so will it and if I do get banned will I be able to get my account back because for some reason my account got banned one time for no reason and I am scared

Im not on scratch anymore.
My reason is because SOMEONE on different website that I didn't even sign into set their username to this account's user and then did bad stuff there and I'm worried my mom will think what's not true.
