Zebra Striping in Scratch 3.0

Support! Sometimes if you are using alot of the same block, it can get kinda confusing to see them all.

No support. You can easily get confused from what I saw in the mockup.
Is “blocks changing colors when they are inserted in each other” really “confusing”? Do you assume that Scratchers have the intelligence of a trilobite?

Well most of the scratchers really aren't all that intelligent so i can somewhat see where they got that from

Exactly. You should still be able to understand what the block does by the text on it.

makes sense to me

what is HAPPENING?!?!?!?!?

seriously, I don't think intelligence has anything to do with this.
support. this would actually make it easier to tell what was happening.

wasn't this what the outlines were for? making it easier to see when something is a different block?

If there are many outlines next to each other it's hard to see how many there are.

I actually think this makes the blocks look cooler and more visually appealing anyway, to be honest. It’s like it’s got a dark shadow. And this could avoid confusion with block colours. Great idea!

probably, but the fact that this suggestion exists in the first place probably means that they aren't doing their job very well.

Support, it's hard to read code with much if-else statements.

Support, it helps out people. Maybe some people can't distinguish between the 2 blocks. I think this would help them a lot to distinguish between the 2 and also could help touch up for the people who can. I think it looks a bit nice. the colors blend nicely and it looks good.

Support. There also should be a way to figure out what blocks are above and below the block you are hovering. I hate it when i think i have grabbed the bottom block but i haven't.

I don't know why I've never heard of zebra striping. It's such a good idea! I often get confused when I put my if statements inside loops. Support.

Would definitely make nested reporters not a massive pain to deal with and completely human-unreadable.
