Add Sound Collections into Scratch or maybe we can call it "sounds"

I want use clapping sound effect or hit ball sound effect but not available and can scratch made a “import sound from computer” ?

That already exists, just go to the sounds panel, hover over the button to select a sound to the library and press upload sound.
