First Look 9/10
You have an excellent title with fancy text and lots of information, maybe some symbols but perfect anyway! I love your banner, you have a nice front page. Perhaps highlight your welcome message using bold or big? Also, I suggest adding a directory or a note saying to scroll through posts to find forms etc.

BBCode Formatting 9/10
You could use bold, underlining to define titles more. You also need to add our federation to your partners. I like your use of symbols in the forms and to separate information however I don't think the second symbol in the form is necessary and it's awkwardly right next to the colon which just niggles me! See below for an improvement (this is more opinion!)

You do have a bump banner on its way, but perhaps a resources page with history, achievements, and templates for UOCs etc. You could have your bump and main banner too.
