I love your shop name! But you have no symbols, fancy text, emojis other information or anything in your title which makes it a bit ordinary. Your front page is very informal with lots of confusing notes. They really confused me and distract from the format of the shop it also makes it look unprofessional. I like your banner, although do you have a motto? You have no Directory though you have multiple pages and could do with some sort of official shop colour

BBCode Formatting 8/10
There is minimal BBCode Formatting. I think use it more and neaten up your posts a bit some of the information is higgedly piggeldy and disorganized

Product Quality 9/10
Could be better but not too bad I got two variants! I love when I get to choose between products it shows how determined the staff are to make the customer happy. Perhaps use images instead of drawing (I do that because I don't draw lol)

Speed 10/10

No history, portfolio, achievement or even resources. I definitely think you should add a portfolio and at least some links to bump/main banners

Don't draw emojis but use images
