Is there a way to use an ip webcam in scratch?

I want to know because the only good one i have access to is my phone and I have the IP Webcam app, so I would like to use it with Scratch 2.0.

Can you use the camera with zoom, the camera app, or other programs like that in your computer? If so, it should be possible to use the camera with Scratch. Otherwise, you won’t be able to.

I’m not sure how that happened, I think someone bumped the post but it was deleted. It’s also possible I was on an older page but didn’t notice? I don’t think so because all of the older posts are marked read for me, while they aren’t for the first page.
