So Uh Scratch Cat shows when it isn't there? [Project Thumbnail not Updating]

My scratch thumbnail is just the cat i cant change it. It makes my projects look bad and people dont know what they will see. Is there a way to fix this?!

I was browsing through the “Explore” page on Scratch, and I saw many projects with this issue. It appears this bug has been going for quite awhile, seeing when the first post in this topic was made. I hope it gets fixed, as some people may think the project is just a prank and not look at it. It is a really weird glitch.

This has been happening to my projects too the past few days, I had a thumbnail for them but now it only shows the default thumbnail image of the scratch cat

I made a project 4 days ago, and when i go into my stuff the thumbnail is not there, so i reload the thumbnail on my profile and only a scratch cat and blank white background appears, please hurry up and fix this bug. Thank you.

its a glitch sometiems youre thumbnail is there and sometimes its not.

When i am browsing through the explore page or random studios that i find, i see that many project's thumbnail is just scratch cat as well. This bug is affecting many many people.
