So I have a question, does scratch allow horror games and to what capacity because im making some right now and ill have settings that turn off Scares and what not, but will get taken down even if I have those cautionary measures?

Yes, BUT i will state pretty clearly that there will be options to turn it OFF and ON, should I have them turned of by default?
