I got Scratch 2.0 offline editor running on Raspberry Pi 4
This is how it is done.
Step 1: Install Pi-Apps
Open Terminal, then copy and paste this script:
wget -qO- https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Botspot/pi-apps/master/install | bash
Hit enter, the script will run and it will let you know when it installs successfully
Step 2: Install Scratch 2.0
Open Menu > Accessories > Pi Apps > Editors > Scratch 2.0
Then, click Install, and a Terminal window will open as it goes through various stages and eventually it will say this:
Installation complete.
Closing in 30 seconds.
You can close it immediately if you want to.

I'm sorry, but the Scratch Team doesn't want any more guides in the forums right now. If you want you can put the install instructions in a project. Thanks
