There are many scratchers that are too young for github you have to be 13 to use GitHub just like Facebook ( now called meta ), Twitter, tiktok, YouTube, and Instagram. Also scratch is already doing the temporary 3-day ban thing and some scratchers ( even new ones ) don’t yet know spamming is not ok. But if they do it a lot purposely then they would get banned.

Banning them on Scratch doesn't work, especially if the ban is permeant, they would most likely take revenge against Scratch Team by spamming more requests since their accounts is already banned. Plus I think it's wrong to ban people for things they did off the site (ST might not agree, but I think it's not ok to ban people for things they did off the site, no matter how bad the things are, since they don't have right off their site, and it cannot stop those things from happening)

They could also ban then from GitHub. Read the docs lol.

Also stop with the “they don't have right off their site” nonsense. Their GitHub organization is basically their site.

It will most likely not get through due to how massively big of a platform Github is. And even if the Github team does view it, it will probably be too late by the time they get to the report. Like YouTube.
