there is a Scratcher who keeps commenting to me about stuff in real life and saying stuff that I know isn't true, I'm wondering if I should report it at this point, please don't try to find the comments.

uh… I just reported a project for including a swear word but in typing the report I accidentally reported it as the wrong swear word… well excrement

If you're feeling uncomfortable, you can let the ST look at it by reporting it. Simple as that.
